Job summary

Master\'s degree required; IL licensure eligibility as a Behavior Analyst is needed. Part-time schedule includes evenings (Mon-Fri) and/or Saturdays, with telehealth options and clinical hours offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in the state of Illinois.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Availability for a minimum of two evenings per week (Mon-Fri evenings and/or Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs; monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation, including progress reports, per guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload.

You'll deliver exceptional ABA supervision, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care – all with the flexibility and autonomy of a part-time, mission-driven role.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
• Availability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays)
