Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will assist project managers and superintendents in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Preferred: valid driver’s license; Bluebeam; experience with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications; manage submittal schedules and distribute updates.
• Create, track, and close RFIs; ensure responses are updated in project software.
• Schedule meetings and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Compile and turnover closeout docs, warranties, and O&M manuals.
• Coordinate punch lists and assist with permitting, safety, and quality control.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
