Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.

You will assist project managers and superintendents with schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, OSHA 30, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam and construction management software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent field.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs and manage submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation for on-time delivery.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and distribute to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout docs, warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
• Support safety, permitting, and quality control processes.
