Job summary

Bryan Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will assist project managers and superintendents with schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

The role involves managing submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, punch lists, and turnover documentation, with site and office duties, safety compliance, and coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs; manage submittals and RFIs.
• Schedule meetings, record minutes, and circulate notes to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout docs, warranties, and O&M manuals; support turnover.
• Assist with inspections, permitting, and safety documentation.
