Job summary

Bryan Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will assist project managers and superintendents in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar, OSHA 30 or equivalent, and strong experience with Microsoft Office and project drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field or equivalent work experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience reading and understanding drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications, manage submittals and RFIs, and coordinate with subs.
• Schedule meetings, take and distribute minutes.
• Assemble closeout documentation, warranties, and O&M manuals.
• Support safety processes and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with warranty issues and quality control measures.
