Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The PE assists project managers and superintendents with schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure timely delivery and cost control. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using Bluebeam or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications; manage drawings, costs, scope and schedule impacts from subcontractors.
• Manage the submittal process; create submittal schedules; ensure updates in project management software.
• Create, track, and maintain the RFI workflow; distribute RFIs and track responses.
• Schedule meetings, take and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout documentation including warranties, O&M manuals, as-built drawings; facilitate owner training.
