Job summary

Bryan Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The PE will assist project managers and superintendents in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and documentation to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, managing submittals, RFIs, meetings, and closeout packages while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications; manage submittal schedules.
• Create, track, and manage RFIs; coordinate responses and impacts.
• Schedule meetings; take and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout documentation including warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
• Assist with permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation is archived for turnover.
