Terracon is seeking a detail‑oriented project support professional in New York to assist with document control, reporting, and client communications. You will contribute to project delivery by coordinating resources, tracking timelines, and maintaining quality standards across assignments.

Join our team to support TerraNet and CRM updates, draft proposals, and help manage WIP and invoicing with a collaborative group of financial analysts and engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ related experience.
• High school diploma and/or degree in a related field.
• Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project delivery support including document control and administration.
• Assist project managers with resource management and tracking.
• Enter and manage project data in TerraNet and CRM.
• Support invoicing, WIP, and AR with the project team.
• Draft reports and proposals for client deliverables.
• Coordinate client communications and project milestones.
