Job summary

Pace is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support project management and coordinate between management, logistics, and clients. This role offers a pathway toward a Project Coordinator 2 or a Team Lead.

Ideal candidates have a background in customer service, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Associates degree or higher is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Organize client requests and project documents.
• Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy.
• Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs.
• Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.
• Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.
