Job summary

Pace® Labs is seeking a highly motivated professional to support project management and act as a liaison between project management, logistics, and clients. This role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2 or a Team lead.

Key responsibilities include organizing client requests, maintaining project data, directing client communications, scheduling orders, and helping shape objectives and logistics across departments while adhering to applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Associates degree or higher a plus but not required.
• Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize client requests and project documents.
• Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy.
• Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs.
• Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.
• Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.
