Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks a Project Coordinator I to support our Engineering Unit focused on transmission line design, substation design and delivery. This entry-level role develops technical and procedural proficiency, ensuring documentation, communication, and workflows are organized, current, and traceable to keep project execution moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related administrative or technical experience, or 2+ years as a Project Management Administrative Intern (PMAI) or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Comfort learning new systems quickly and working within defined processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items through to closure.
• Coordinate internal and client communications and drive follow-up on open items.
• Attend project meetings and clearly communicate task progress, needs, obstacles, and timelines.
• File key project correspondence and maintain traceability of decisions and approvals.
• Maintain project documentation with the help of document control in Procore, Autodesk Vault, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related systems.
• Support development of project deliverables such as construction packages, schedules, and QA/QC documentation.
