Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related administrative or technical experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
• Comfort learning new systems and working within defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items through to closure.
• Coordinate internal and client communications and drive follow-up on items.
• Attend project meetings and communicate task progress, needs, obstacles, and timelines.
• File key project correspondence and maintain traceability of decisions and approvals.
• Maintain project documentation with document control tools and related systems.
