Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support our Engineering Unit. This entry-level role focuses on transmission line and substation design delivery, ensuring documentation, communication, and workflows are organized, current, and traceable so the technical work moves smoothly with minimal friction.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related administrative or technical experience, or 2+ years as a Project Management Administrative Intern.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Experience with document control and QA/QC documentation.
• Prefer Associate degree or higher; experience with Procore, Autodesk Vault, SharePoint, or MS Project.
• Exposure to engineering, construction, utility environments.
• Intermediate Excel skills for budget and reporting support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items through to closure.
• Coordinate internal and client communications and drive follow-up on open items.
• Attend project meetings and clearly communicate task progress, needs, obstacles, and timelines.
• File key project correspondence and maintain traceability of decisions and approvals.
• Maintain project documentation with document control in Procore, Vault, SharePoint, Teams, and related systems.
• Assist in compiling construction packages and preparing transmittals.
• Coordinate with internal team members and clients on document control and construction package organization.
• Perform document audits to verify project compliance with QA/QC processes.
• Support development of project deliverables such as construction packages, schedules, and QA/QC documentation.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and resourcing; support budget tracking.
• Develop an understanding of project lifecycle stages; scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
