This full-time role supports project planning, scheduling, procurement, invoicing, and close-out, delivering value to customers and field teams with strong communication and organizational skills.

You’ll coordinate resources, monitor costs, prepare reports, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining sensitive information and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel access requests, screening, travel, equipment, and material readiness with customer contacts and field teams.
• Maintain visibility into resource availability, mobilization prerequisites, procurement status, and material delivery records.
• Provide project financial oversight including forecasting revenue, invoicing, cashflow, and cost reviews.
