Zusammenfassung

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to provide administrative support for the local office (CTC) and assist in delivering installation projects from inception to closeout.

You will work with multiple project managers, maintain project details, track budgets, generate reports, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while coordinating with Sales, Service and Safety teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in project coordination or administrative support is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Set up projects in financial systems and maintain project information and client requirements.
• Follow up with project team on open tasks and maintain issue logs.
• Update client on project status and generate routine reports.
• Prepare purchase orders and track material orders with the relevant departments.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover to service.
