Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of ENGIE Distributed Solar & Storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage documentation using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and related systems.

You will work with regional managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure accurate records, compliant wage reporting, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and compliance documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and other assets.
• Review field-service reports and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity to resolve invoicing issues.
