Job summary

Dow in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule, risk and governance across capital projects. You will be a key member of the Project Steering Team and Design Team, delivering forecasts and performance insights to enable informed decisions.

You will lead resources, enforce Dow's project controls processes, and collaborate with Project Engineers, Construction, Procurement and stakeholders to optimize project outcomes while ensuring safety and compliance throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years experience in related field.
• 5+ years in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective application of Project Controls processes to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Provide leadership to Project Controls resources across the project lifecycle.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis and performance measurement.
• Own the quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables.
