Dow Inc. in Houston, Texas is seeking a Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule, and risk management across large capital projects.

You will serve on the Project Steering Team and partner with design, engineering, procurement, and construction to deliver predictable outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, forecasting excellence, and proactive insight sharing, with responsibility for applying Dow's Global Project Methodology and ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in related disciplines preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence teams without direct reporting lines.

Mansioni

• Lead application of Project Controls processes and best practices to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide direction to Project Controls resources across full project lifecycle.
• Monitor workload and identify resource needs; escalate when necessary.
• Deliver forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule analysis with accuracy.
• Own quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables.
• Communicate actionable insights to manage risks and opportunities.
• Report project status to internal and external stakeholders; support IPA reviews.
• Oversee Change Management, ensuring impacts are identified and communicated.
• Use performance metrics to monitor health and drive improvements.
