Zusammenfassung

Dow is seeking a Project Controls Lead in Houston, TX. You will drive cost, schedule, forecasting, and risk management across complex capital projects, partnering with Project Engineers, Design, Construction, and Procurement to deliver safe, predictable outcomes.

You will act as the Project Controls technical resource within Dow's Global Project Methodology, guiding governance, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members and aligning with business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree or 10 years+ related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence project teams without direct reporting lines.
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Aufgaben

• Lead the application of Project Controls processes, tools, and best practices to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Direct Project Controls resources across full project lifecycle (FEL, Detailed Engineering, Construction).
• Monitor workload and identify resource needs, escalating as required.
• Deliver forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis, and performance measurement.
• Produce monthly project reports and support IPA reviews and other assurance activities.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all Project Controls deliverables.
• Communicate meaningful project insights to enable proactive risk management.
