Job summary

Dow Inc. in Houston, Texas seeks a Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule, and risk management across capital projects. You will partner with Project Engineers, Design Teams, Construction, Procurement, and stakeholders to integrate cost, schedule, risk and performance metrics.

You will act as the Project Controls resource within Dow's governance framework, applying best practices and leading a team to deliver reliable forecasts and insightful performance data for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting and project performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of Project Controls processes to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide direction to Project Controls resources across full project lifecycle (FEL, Detailed Engineering, Construction).
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule analysis for project governance.
