Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Lead in Houston, Texas. The role focuses on driving cost, schedule, risk, and change management across complex capital projects. You will partner with engineers, design, construction and procurement to ensure predictable outcomes.

As a Project Controls Lead, you will guide governance, deliver performance reports, and provide strategic insights to improve project value and schedule adherence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience required.
• 5+ years in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of Project Controls processes, tools and best practices for cost, schedule and performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide leadership to Project Controls resources across full project lifecycle (FEL, Detailed Eng.).
• Monitor workloads and identify resource needs, escalating when support is required.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis and performance measures.
• Ensure quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables and documentation.
• Communicate meaningful insights to proactively manage risks, opportunities and issues.
