Job summary

Dow in Houston, Texas seeks a Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule, risk, and forecasting excellence across complex projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in Project Controls, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of Project Controls processes, tools and best practices to improve cost and schedule.
• Provide leadership on Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Direct Project Controls resources across full project execution phases: FEL, Detailed Engineering, Construction.
• Deliver timely forecasting, cost reporting, scheduling analysis, and performance measurement.
• Ensure quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables.
