Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Coordinator tosupport our Earth & Environment Team in Lakewood, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, or Phoenix, AZ. You will monitor progress, support the Project Manager, and help deliver projects from inception to closeout, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently within a team, with familiarity in MS Office, scheduling tools, and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Requires GED or HS diploma and 3+ years in project controls or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office; understands cloud-based file sharing (SharePoint/ShareFile) is a plus.
• Experience with engineering consulting projects and project accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project progress and support the Project Manager.
• Assist with budgets, expenditures, and schedules; liaise with subcontractors.
• Prepare project financial reports and ensure invoicing compliance.
• Coordinate project team communications and document management.
• Assist with proposals and project setup in Horizon platform.
