Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Earth & Environment team in Lakewood CO, Salt Lake City UT, or Phoenix AZ. You will monitor project progress and assist the Project Manager to achieve objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

You will set up opportunities in Horizon, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and generate financial reports. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and ISO-aligned project documentation.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting engineering project controls or related.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with cloud-based file sharing platforms is a plus (SharePoint/ShareFile).
• Experience in field/supply logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Interpersonal and professional communication.
• Self-led with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project progress and support Project Manager.
• Set up opportunities, proposals and projects per Horizon platform.
• Communicate with project team to monitor budgets, expenditures, and schedules.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers; prepare work/purchase orders.
• Generate project financial reports and track performance.
• Interface with accounting to ensure invoicing compliance and timely payments.
• Ensure ISO documentation compliance and assist with proposals.
• Develop project ARM triggers and approvals.
