Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Controls Consultant to join the Earth & Environment Operations team in Texas and Louisiana. You will support project delivery, financial performance, scheduling, forecasting, and resource management across diverse environmental and engineering projects.

You will collaborate with Project and Technical Managers, monitor budgets, prepare status updates, and manage procurement with subcontractors while aligning with client requirements and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of project controls or financial management experience.
• Foundational understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, schedules, and performance.
• Provide updates on project status, controls, financial performance, and forecasting trends.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for work orders and payments.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules; identify risks and corrective actions.
• Support invoicing and contracting with accounting teams; ensure compliance.
