Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Earth & Environment Team across Lakewood, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, or Phoenix, AZ. You will monitor project progress and assist the Project Manager to meet objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

You will set up opportunities and projects in Horizon, coordinate budgets and schedules, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely payments and compliant documentation. Strong MS Office skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting engineering project controls or similar interface with accounting systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with cloud-based file sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ShareFile) is an advantage.
• Experience in field/supply logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deadline oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project progress with the Project Manager.
• Set up opportunities, proposals, and projects in Horizon platform.
• Coordinate budgets, expenditures, and schedules with project team.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers; assist with purchase orders.
• Generate project financial reports and assist with invoicing.
