Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Coordinator in the Phoenix, AZ area to join the Earth & Environment Team. You will monitor project progress and support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, helping to meet client objectives and resolve challenges.

Responsibilities include Horizon-based setup, budget/schedule coordination, subcontractor liaison, and generation of financial reports to ensure timely invoicing and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting engineering project controls or related accounting interfaces.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with cloud-based file sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ShareFile) is a plus.
• Experience in field/supply logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to track multiple deadlines and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up opportunities, proposals and projects in Horizon (Oracle-based accounting system).
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and schedules; generate financial reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; prepare subcontracts/work orders.
• Ensure client invoicing compliance and assist with invoicing processes.
• Maintain ISO-compliant project files and documentation; prepare proposals.
