Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Coordinator in Calumet City, IL to provide direct support for installation contracts, manage schedules, and assist with billing and financial activities. You will handle customer inquiries, reconcile costs, and support subcontract processes to help achieve revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 2–3 years in a technical environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–3 years of related work experience in a technical environment.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Track and provide direct support for the installation contract business under supervision.
• Participate in accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial activities such as scheduling, revenue goals, billings, and subcontract processing.
• Provide back-up customer call handling and day-to-day administrative support.
• Update project/labor schedules and prepare/billings documentation.
