You will coordinate with field resources, manage open requests, and maintain revenue reporting. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
• Tracking & managing all open calls including inspection manuals.
• Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals & general service requests.
• Tracking & maintaining monthly L&M revenue.
• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.
