The role supervises 14 field resources, tracks open calls, and locally bills SRs, inspection manuals, and service requests. The candidate should have customer service or operations experience, be proficient in MS Office (Excel), and demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Operations/Service Delivery.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone manner and appropriate business communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to operate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.
• Track and manage all open calls including inspection manuals.
• Locally bill all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals and general service requests.
• Track and maintain monthly L&M revenue.
• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.
