Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers and subcontractors from booking to contract closeout.
• Contact customers within 48 hours of job booking.
• Ensure site readiness, including lift, network, and personnel availability.
• Schedule technicians and vendors using scheduling software to hit on-time goals.
• Prepare job packets and track material delivery and paperwork for closeout.
