You will coach, train and mentor the PA Team, act as the administrative contact for the Region, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet business objectives and address process gaps.

Qualifications

• 7 years of construction industry experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading teams comprised of different skill/knowledge levels.
• Ability to facilitate team meetings and identify training opportunities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor other project administrators.

Responsabilités

• Assist Area Service Managers in financial management of projects, including cash flow, billings and forecasts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by supporting initiatives and communicating timely project updates.
• Support project administration, ensure adherence to processes, and manage documentation and compliance.
