Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Regional Project Administrator for the Data Center group to manage project setup, costing, invoicing, and closeout with limited supervision. You will coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal staff to ensure timely project completion.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work Monday–Thursday with Fridays offering flexible locations, and a focus on lean improvements

• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and teams.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and reviews assigned projects, sets schedules and procedures.
• Communicates with customers, owners, contractors, and field staff.
• Schedules internal team meetings and ensures information transfer.
• Validates cost to date and reconciles project data.
• Manages invoicing process and coordination with Shared Financial Services.
• Reviews billing backlog and coordinates with Project Managers and customers.
• Escalates concerns to Project Manager as needed.
