StackAdapt is seeking a Client Services professional to manage a diverse client portfolio, leveraging RTB/programmatic expertise to optimize campaigns and drive ROI. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions and maximize client outcomes.

The role emphasizes post-sales relationship management, adoption of the StackAdapt platform, and ongoing campaign optimization across multiple channels. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Real Time Bidding and programmatic media buying.
• Experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads on a DSP.
• Proven success in managing client relationships.
• Ability to retain accounts and grow revenue.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their goals and optimizing to meet KPIs.
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including pixel creation/troubleshooting.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve services to increase efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend new opportunities.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings, deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, and provide training.
