Job summary

StackAdapt, a leading technology company, is seeking a Client Services professional to manage post‑sales client relationships, drive platform adoption, and optimize campaigns across verticals.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you’ll design campaign strategies, deliver regular KPI reporting, and identify opportunities to upsell while ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term retention. This remote‑first role prioritizes candidates in the US, with preference for Chicago.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience.
• Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or through a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third‑party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
• Identify upselling opportunities and develop tools/reports to increase efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing performance.
• In‑person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education.
• Provide Strategic Thought Leadership as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
