Job summary

StackAdapt in Chicago, IL is seeking a client services professional to own post‑sales relationships, drive user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, manage campaigns, and identify expansion opportunities across diverse verticals.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to maximize campaign ROI, provide regular reporting, and present strategic optimizations. The role embraces a remote‑first model with a Chicago focus and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding / programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
• Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads or similar in a DSP as a self‑serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on campaign goals and offering strategic solutions and optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third‑party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed at increasing efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing performance on a regular basis.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education.
• Provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Travel up to 20 percent of the time.
