Job summary

StackAdapt, a remote-first tech company, seeks a Client Services professional to manage post-sale relationships and drive ROI through the StackAdapt DSP. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, support adoption, and expand accounts.

Strong RTB/programmatic expertise and clear communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in programmatic advertising, a track record of client retention, and the ability to translate complex platform

Qualifications

3+ years in real-time bidding or programmatic advertising.
Experience running Google Ads or Facebook Ads via DSP.
Proven success in managing client relationships.
Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Familiar with current digital advertising trends.
Experience with complex databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
Design campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
Provide regular reporting on goals and optimize KPIs.
Set up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP and troubleshoot pixels.
Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools and reports.
Analyze performance to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and trainings.
Offer strategic thought leadership to clients.
Travel up to 20%.
