Job summary

StackAdapt is a Remote First company prioritizing Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa for this role. You will manage post-sales client relationships, drive user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI for our customers.

Working with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you will design campaign strategies, provide regular performance reporting, identify upsell opportunities, and travel up to 20% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience.
• Experience running campaigns on DSPS or ad networks.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for a portfolio of clients across multiple verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up and traffic campaigns on StackAdapt DSP and troubleshoot pixels.
• Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools/processes for efficiency.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
