Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a client-focused professional to manage post-sales relationships and optimize campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth while collaborating with account executives and cross-functional teams.

You’ll leverage RTB/programmatic experience to deliver strategic solutions, provide KPI-based reporting, and take part in training and reviews. Remote-first with Chicago priority.

Qualifications

3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
Experience running Google Ads or Facebook Ads, via DSP or self-serve.
Proven success in managing client relationships and driving retention.

Responsibilities

Be the main contact for your portfolio of clients across verticals.
Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
Provide regular reporting on goals and optimize to meet KPIs.
Set up campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP with tags and pixels.
Identify upsell opportunities and improve tools, reports, and procedures.
Analyze performance to recommend optimization opportunities.
Lead meetings, reviews, and training sessions; travel up to 20%.
