StackAdapt, a Remote First technology company, seeks a Client Services professional to manage post-sales adoption, campaign execution, and client retention across a range of verticals.

You will partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, drive ROI, and identify upsell opportunities while translating technical concepts into practical strategies for clients. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads or DSP self-serve platforms.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and service excellence.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and platform features clearly.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up traffic campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP with tag implementation.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to tools and reports to boost efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize opportunities.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training sessions.
• Provide strategic thought leadership as a client advisor.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
