M.C. Dean is a leading builder of cyber-physical solutions for U.S. mission-critical facilities. The Program Support Specialist 1 role provides daily project support to project managers, engineers, and staff, learning project phases, tasks, schedules, and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6+ years in relevant roles.
• Associate degree holders may qualify with related experience.
• Bachelor's degree holders may qualify with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Program Management on business and contractual matters, including preparation and monitoring of deliverables.
• Maintain contractual, proposal, and project documentation and contract repositories.
• Prepare, track, and file employee permits, security, certification, access, and travel requests.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate issue resolution spanning commercial and federal compliance, payments, and acceptances.
