Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Program Support Specialist 1 to provide day-to-day project support for project managers, engineers, and staff.

You will learn project phases, tasks, schedules, and operations while collaborating on contractual documentation and procurement processes. The role requires strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with DoD/federal contracting exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6+ years’ related experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contractual, proposal, and project documentation including contract repositories.
• Prepare, track, and file documentation for permits, security, and travel requests.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and assist with related issues.
• Produce and monitor project deliverables and reporting.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
