Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Program Support Specialist 2 for the Security and Electronic Systems unit. The role involves supporting program management on contracts, proposals, and documentation, with a focus on compliance and issue resolution.

The position requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced government-focused environment. A clearance-ready status is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
• Ability to prepare proposal responses, project deliverables, and reports.
• Clearance/citizenship required with ability to obtain public trust level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Program Management on contracts, proposals, and funding issues.
• Maintain proposal, project, and contract documentation.
• Ensure contract compliance and act as focal point for issue resolution.
• Administer commercial and federal contracts based on milestones, track changes.
• Develop tracking lists for proposals, deliverables, and contracts.
• Ensure team compliance with requirements, deliverables, and schedules.
• Assist in monthly and financial reporting.
• Organize meetings and prepare briefs, plans, and presentations.
