The Program Support Specialist 1 supports the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit by handling contractual documentation, procurement coordination, and compliance tasks. Qualifications

• Clearance eligibility for public trust level required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on contractual deliverables and reporting.
• Maintain contract, proposal, and project documentation and repositories.
• Prepare and file employee permits, security, and travel requests.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Resolve ongoing issues including commercial and federal compliance and payments.
• Prepare project deliverables such as status reports and QA forms.
• Manage material lists, shipping docs, and track equipment during projects.
• Coordinate procurement and shipment with management and engineering teams.
• Research part numbers, manufacturers, and product specs.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
