Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Program Support Specialist 2 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will support program management, document handling, and contract administration for federal, local, and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

The role emphasizes writing, editing, and coordinating proposal and project documentation, while ensuring compliance with contract terms and reporting requirements. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure; managing interruptions.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Must be an effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal responses, monitor project deliverables and reporting.
• Maintain proposal, project and contract documentation and repositories.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage change orders.
• Develop tracking lists for proposals, deliverables, projects and contracts.
• Assist with monthly and financial reports and briefs.
