Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a Program Support Specialist 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems team in Charleston. You will collaborate with Program Management on deliverables, maintain contract documentation, and manage permits, security, and travel paperwork.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independent problem solving, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required; MS Office and SharePoint proficiency are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience with MS Office and SharePoint is preferred.
• Familiarity with government contracts is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on deliverables and contractual documentation; prepare, monitor, and report项目.
• Maintain contract, proposal, and project documentation including repositories.
• Prepare, track, and file documentation for permits, security, certifications, access, and travel requests.
• Maintain contract repositories and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Serve as focal point for issue resolution, including terms and conditions and payment issues.
• Complete and track project deliverables such as reports, QA forms, and status updates.
• Create and modify material lists, shipping docs, and track materials through the lifecycle.
• Consolidate purchases and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with management and engineering to procure and ship equipment and materials.
• Research part numbers, manufacturers, and product specs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
