Job summary

You will coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings, oversee documentation, budgeting, and compliance, hire and train staff, collaborate with families, and foster an inclusive, open-door culture aligned with YAI's mission.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with agency standards.
• Oversee program operations within budget and safety guidelines.
• Foster interdisciplinary teamwork and effective communication.
• Maintain records and documentation for individuals served.
