Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability in Pleasantville, NY is seeking a Program Supervisor to ensure health, safety, and habilitation of the people we support, guiding team leadership and program operations in line with agency philosophy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and habilitation of the people we support in line with agency philosophy.
• Provide appropriate supervision across residence, day program or community to safeguard well-being.
• Lead and facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and staff meetings.
• Attend planning meetings and participate in regional/agency supervisor meetings as directed.
• Oversee budgeting and expenditures, maintain records and reporting.
