Qualifications

• BA/BS strongly preferred. Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.

• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings for effective communication.
• Maintain records and oversee financial systems.
• Supervise staff to meet the needs of the people we support.
