Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee health, safety, and habilitation across residences and programs. You will ensure proper supervision levels, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and lead planning and staff meetings to promote high-quality services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with families, staff development through supervision and training, and maintaining program standards within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and habilitation of the people we support.
• Provide appropriate supervision in residence, day program, or community.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Attend planning and supervisor meetings as directed.
• Foster interagency collaboration and maintain professional relationships.
• Oversee program operations and maintain records and budgets.
